1) What we do

Career Bridge Studio provides job-search coaching and training services for individuals (B2C). Depending on the package, this may include:

career clarity and targeting support
CV and LinkedIn positioning
outreach/networking strategy
interview preparation and mock interviews
offer evaluation and negotiation guidance
onboarding / first-90-days planning
templates, checklists, and learning materials

We are not a recruitment agency and do not place candidates into roles.

2) Free 30-minute discovery call

We offer a free discovery call to understand your situation and recommend next steps. This call is not a commitment to purchase.

We may decline to work with you if we believe we cannot help effectively, or if the service is not a good fit.

3) Your responsibilities

You agree to:

provide accurate information and respond to reasonable requests for materials (e.g., CV, job links)
attend sessions on time and complete agreed actions/homework
use our guidance ethically (no false claims, invented achievements, or misleading applications)

Your results depend on market conditions and your implementation. We provide guidance and structure; you remain responsible for your applications and decisions.

4) Scheduling, rescheduling, and attendance

Sessions are delivered online unless otherwise agreed.
You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as delivered (except in genuine emergencies at our discretion).
If we need to reschedule, we will offer the soonest reasonable alternative.

5) Support channels and response times

Support channels and response times vary by package (for example: email-only vs email + WhatsApp). The applicable support terms will be stated on the Services page and/or confirmed in writing at purchase.

We are not an emergency service and do not provide 24/7 support.

6) Fees and payments

Prices are shown on the website as “from” pricing and are confirmed in writing before purchase.
Payment is due upfront unless an instalment plan is agreed.
If an instalment payment is overdue, we may pause services until payment is received.

7) No guarantee of employment

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary outcomes, or employment within any timeframe. Hiring outcomes depend on factors outside our control (employer decisions, market conditions, role availability, candidate constraints, etc.).

8) Confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential. We will not share your CV, job search details, salary information, or personal situation with third parties except:

with your explicit consent, or
if required by law.

9) Data protection and privacy

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy (linked in the footer). If you are employed and searching confidentially, you can request preferred communication methods and subject lines.

10) Recordings (mock interviews / sessions)

We may offer recording of sessions or mock interviews for learning purposes.

Recordings are only made with your explicit consent.
Recordings are used only for coaching/training and are not shared publicly.
You can request deletion of recordings at any time.

11) Intellectual property

All templates, frameworks, guides, and training materials provided by Career Bridge Studio remain the intellectual property of Visual Bridge LTD.

You may use them for your personal job search and career development only. You may not copy, resell, distribute, publish, or share them commercially.

12) Professional boundaries

We do not provide legal, medical, mental health, tax, or financial advice. Where needed, we recommend you consult a qualified professional.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost income, lost opportunities).
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

14) Ending the service

You may end the service at any time by emailing us. We may end the service if there is abusive behaviour, non-payment, repeated missed sessions, or requests for unethical behaviour (e.g., lying on applications).

Refunds (if any) follow Section 7.

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
